Allied Roofing Partners is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our remote team. You will handle inbound inquiries, manage appointment setting and lead recovery, and ensure timely responses while logging interactions in our CRM.

The role supports Capstone Roofing initially, with opportunities to grow into other brands as the CX team expands. The position emphasizes a friendly, professional customer experience, working from home with daytime hours and occasional peak-season coverage.

Formación

• Experience in phone-based customer service, appointment setting, inside sales, or call-center roles.
• Clear, confident, and friendly phone presence.
• Empathy, patience, and quick thinking with thoughtful responses.
• Comfort with learning and moving between CRM, dialer/softphone, and evolving tools.
• Ability to work from home in a quiet, professional setup.
• authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Outbound: set appointments and recover missed leads; re-engage past quotes and customers as capacity allows.
• Inbound: answer calls, book inspections/estimates, and assist with questions; log interactions in CRM.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for response speed, contact rate, and bookings; provide friendly, professional service.
