Qualifications

• 3+ years in consultative sales or a revenue-generating customer success role.
• Experience in roofing, construction materials, home renovation, or related industries a plus.
• Experience working with remote teams a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promptly follow up with qualified leads to understand project scope.
• Provide tailored product recommendations and share educational resources.
• Arrange for delivery of product samples based on customer needs.
• Facilitate introductions to Brava’s preferred partners.
• Log all activities in Salesforce according to established processes.
• Partner with Outside Sales for coordinated territory management.
• Communicate customer feedback and market observations to leadership.
• Identify additional product needs and present them.
• Follow all internal procedures to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
• Engage in team meetings and training for continuous improvement.
