Job summary

Allied Roofing Partners is seeking a Corporate Recruiter with deep residential roofing recruiting experience to lead full-cycle hiring for Roofing Sales Representatives and support roles across the organization. This fully remote role requires coordinating with multiple distributed teams and time zones.

You will partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to build strong candidate pipelines, craft compelling job postings, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience while scaling recruitment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Direct residential roofing recruiting experience, including commission-based Roofing Sales Representatives.
• Strong sourcing skills using major platforms and referrals.
• Experience working with middle management and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting from sourcing to interview, submission, and coordination.
• Recruit primarily for Roofing Sales Representatives and support roles across departments.
• Build and nurture candidate pipelines via job boards, networking, and outreach.
• Conduct phone/video interviews to assess experience, skills, and cultural fit.
• Provide detailed candidate summaries and recommendations to hiring managers.
