Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to own import entry audits, strengthen customs compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams and brokers to optimize data accuracy and reduce duty overspend. You will help build scalable tools and dashboards to support global trade operations.

Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, experience with PSCs, and a background in working with customs brokers and importer of record requirements.

Qualifications

• Customs compliance experience including CBP Form 7501, HTS classification, and trade remedies.

Responsibilities

• Manage Post Summary Corrections (PSCs), validate duty payments, monitor broker performance, and recover overpayments with Finance.
• Analyze import data to identify compliance risks, duty savings opportunities, and process improvements while developing dashboards, automation, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Finance, Merchandising, brokers, and cross-functional teams to improve customs processes, documentation, and import data integrity.
