Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented operations associate to engage with internal and external customers, facilitating fast, accurate, and compliant transactions with CBP and PGAs. You will support account administrators with logs and reports, and manage post-entry activities and workload.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 12 months of brokerage or transportation experience and/or customer service experience required.
• Proficient with MS Office and Outlook, and office equipment.
• Ability to interact with customers and staff at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to handle high volumes and time sensitive work.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Engage with FedEx Trade Networks customers to facilitate compliant transactions.
• Facilitate entry processing and pre/post arrival exception resolution.
• Prepare and submit documentation to CBP and PGAs.
• Maintain relationships with front-line customer personnel.
• Support account administrators with exception logs and spreadsheets.
• Produce operational trend reports.
• Manage the entry verification process and workload.
• Communicate with business partners via written, phone, or email.
