Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Moen customers via inbound calls, chat, or email. This fully remote role is open to candidates located within the United States.

The position starts at $17.00 per hour with bonus opportunities. Training begins November 2, 2026, featuring a four-week program with classroom and on-the-job components, followed by a rotating Monday–Friday schedule.
