Job summary

CharterUP is hiring a Customer Support Coordinator for its remote, US-based operations. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer journey across trips and communications.

You'll collaborate with drivers, operations, and Enterprise Sales, monitor trips, and maintain clear records while upholding SLAs in a fast-paced, remote-first setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or logistics coordination, transportation, hospitality, or similar industries is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone with prompt, accurate assistance.
• Provide Live Trip Support during weekend shifts and address disruptions.
• Coordinate with drivers, operations, and enterprise sales during active trips.
• Document interactions and resolutions in Sprinklr and track service requests.
• Escalate critical issues to appropriate teams and ensure SLA adherence.
