Job summary

CharterUP is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Support Coordinator to join the remote Service Operations team. This entry-level role focuses on delivering outstanding customer support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience across trips and communications.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, learn to manage day-to-day customer interactions, and grow in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a strong emphasis on service quality and problem solving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or logistics coordination.
• Experience in transportation or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via email and phone, providing prompt help.
• Monitor live trips during weekend shifts and address disruptions.
• Educate customers on DOT rules and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth experiences.
• Document interactions in Sprinklr and follow SLAs.
