Job summary

Property Leads is seeking a Real Estate Success Coach to protect and grow our customer base by leading retention efforts and coaching the CS team. You will manage high-risk, high-value relationships and drive initiatives that reduce churn and increase lifetime value.

In this role you will design retention plans, conduct executive reviews with VIP clients, identify growth opportunities, and mentor Customer Success Managers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Client Services, or Retention Leadership.
• Proven success reducing customer churn and growing existing accounts.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience managing executive-level client relationships.
• Ability to coach and develop high-performing customer-facing teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and customer success platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Real Estate Investing Experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the retention strategy for high-risk accounts and implement customized plans.
• Engage with at-risk clients to understand concerns, rebuild trust, and retain partnerships.
• Develop retention plans for strategic and high-value customers.
• Monitor customer health metrics and identify signs of churn.
• Track and report retention metrics, save rates, and revenue protection.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with VIP/enterprise clients.
• Conduct regular business reviews and ensure proactive communication for VIPs.
• Identify opportunities to increase investment through expansion and cross-sell.
• Coach CS team on retention best practices and difficult conversations.
• Analyze churn trends with leadership and propose process improvements.
