Job summary

Inktel Contact Center Solutions seeks a remote, home-based customer service representative to handle inbound calls and provide high-quality support from your own workspace. Training will be provided, and you will use a CRM tool to research inquiries and document interactions.

As a contracted agent, you will resolve issues, stay updated on products and policies, and communicate with customers and managers in a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills; clear diction and grammar.
• Ability to explain complex step-by-step processes to customers over the phone.
• Prior customer service/troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask by reading, typing, and navigating applications while speaking with customers.
• Must communicate effectively with customers, management, and coworkers.

Responsibilities
