PBS Systems, through Dealer Image Pro (DIP), is hiring a Customer Support Representative for a fully remote role based in the USA. You will deliver timely technical assistance and troubleshooting via email, SMS, and phone, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will use Salesforce and other CRM tools, document interactions, and collaborate with our support team to resolve issues and share insights that improve service delivery for dealerships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Familiarity with dealership operations and common automotive industry tools.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through thoughtful, timely, and solution‑oriented communication.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email, SMS, and phone, ensuring a consistent and supportive experience across all channels.
• Collaborate with the support team to resolve customer issues efficiently and share insights that improve overall service delivery.
• Utilize internal help documentation and tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems quickly and accurately.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams with clear context and urgency.
• Accurately document customer interactions and issue resolutions within Salesforce to maintain transparency and support knowledge sharing.
