PBS Systems is hiring a Bilingual Technical Support Specialist for a remote Canada-wide role. You will provide first-line technical assistance in English and French, handle inquiries via multiple channels, and collaborate with the DIP team to ensure a high-quality support experience.

Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation are essential, with experience using Salesforce and familiarity with automotive dealership tools.

Qualifications

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Familiarity with dealership operations and automotive tools.
• Excellent bilingual communication in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through thoughtful, timely, and solution-oriented communication.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, SMS, and phone, ensuring bilingual support.
• Collaborate with the support team to resolve customer issues efficiently and share insights to improve service delivery.
• Utilize internal help documentation and tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems quickly and accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams with context and urgency.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions within Salesforce.
