Qualifications

• Two years in customer support or similar roles, retail or e‑commerce preferred.
• Excellent written communication and professional tone across brands.
• Experience handling inquiries via phone, email, or live chat; multi-channel support preferred.
• Hands-on Shopify experience for customer support and order management.
• Strong spreadsheet skills with Google Sheets or similar.
• Detail-oriented with ability to spot data discrepancies and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across multiple brands and channels.
• Write clear, empathetic, and professional responses.
• Manage refunds, returns, and order updates.
• Use Shopify to review records and manage requests.
