Transworld Systems, Inc. is recruiting for a Remote Client Services Representative. This is a work-from-home role with compensation of $14–$15 per hour and potential for advancement.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will handle inquiries, validate debt information, and generate client reports while complying with laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Research data regarding account and billing information to validate debts.
• Handle and respond to daily client requests via phone, email, fax and mail.
• Produce reports as requested by clients by assisting in the creation of the reports.
• Dependent upon position, learn new computer platforms/systems.
• Compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws/regulations and TSI policies.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to management for improvements.
• Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities
