Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience.
• Experience in customer service or call center.
• Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Communicate via inbound telephone calls with consumers.
• Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries and document records in required systems.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Understand programs, systems, and procedures necessary to perform job effectively.
• Escalate customer complaints through the appropriate channel to management.
