Job summary

Customand is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for a 100% remote role based in Raleigh, North Carolina. This full-time position supports moving and relocation services, customer scheduling, packing, transportation, storage, assembly, sales support, and operations, delivering clear, timely assistance to customers.

You will respond via phone, email, chat, or ticketing, document interactions with complete notes, resolve routine questions, follow up on open cases, and use approved knowledge

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer-service experience is helpful but not required for entry-level roles for the Customer Support Specialist opening at Customand.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a patient, professional, solution-focused approach.
• Comfort using CRM, ticketing, email, chat, phone, and web-based customer-service tools.
• Ability to learn policies and service information quickly and explain them clearly.
• Reliable internet access, a quiet workspace, and the ability to work independently.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer or client questions related to moving and relocation services, customer scheduling, packing, transportation, storage, assembly, sales support, and operations through approved phone, email, chat, or ticketing channels in the Customer Support Specialist role at Customand.
