Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Case Manager Service Representative to work remotely in a full-time role. You will support case managers and agency staff by maintaining client records, processing referrals, authorizations, and disconnects, and ensuring accurate billing information.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong multitasking and time-management skills, and a customer-service mindset. Training will be provided; benefits include comprehensive coverage and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 0+ years of experience.
• Basic computer skills; comfortable with electronic files and saving documents.
• Familiar with Microsoft Outlook and Teams preferred.
• Able to manage time and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude; multitasking ability.
• Customer service skills at entry level; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete and accurate client account records and support case managers, agencies, clients, and internal partners.
• Handle referrals, authorizations, disconnects, holds, transfers, and other service-related tickets.
• Enter referrals promptly the same day they are received and notify case managers of updates.
• Maintain communications with agencies, CMs, and authorizers to obtain updated information.
• Document all communications in the management system and adhere to data protection policies.
