Job summary

Lano is a global payroll platform enabling companies to standardize and manage multi-country payroll operations through a unified technology layer. We are hiring a Customer Support Agent to be the front line of communications for our global clients, working remotely on a full-time basis.

You will handle email and ticketing inquiries, guide clients through platform workflows, and coordinate with Payroll Operations, Finance, Compliance, and global partners to resolve requests efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in customer support, client operations, or related roles.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, payroll, or fintech is a plus.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• First-Contact & Queue Management: triage and respond to emails/tickets to meet SLA targets.
• Operational & Payroll Task Execution: handle day-to-day platform requests and verify documents.
• Independent Case Ownership: take end-to-end ownership, troubleshoot, and coordinate across teams.
• Data & System Hygiene: keep customer records accurate and document interactions.
• Process Optimization & Knowledge Sharing: identify friction points and improve workflows.
