OneTouch Direct, LLC is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to support clients via phone, email, and chat. This role is fully remote but requires residing in San Antonio, TX, Oklahoma, or Georgia, with a home office and reliable internet.

You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, process orders and returns, and escalate as needed. We value clear communication, problem-solving, and independent work in a fast-paced call-center environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
