Job summary

Disabled Veteran Solutions is hiring for a fully remote Inbound Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for individuals relying on essential services and provide clarity, calm, and solutions daily.

Schedule is regular Monday-Friday with training and start dates in August 2026. Must have a high school diploma or GED and strong communication; bilingual English/Spanish encouraged. Salary is $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior call-based customer service experience.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and deliver a positive, solution-focused customer experience.
• Assist with basic technical troubleshooting and create support tickets when needed.
• Schedule appointments at designated service locations.
• Accurately document all customer interactions, inquiries, concerns, and resolutions.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure issues are resolved and customers stay informed.
