Job summary

Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking passionate Customer Care Advisors to join our mission-driven team. This full-time, 100% remote role operates Monday through Friday with shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time, and includes a comprehensive 7-week orientation.

You will handle insurance-related inquiries with empathy, utilize multiple web platforms, and deliver outstanding service from a remote environment. Starting pay is $18/hour, with a bilingual premium and potential bonuses.
