The role offers full-time remote work with a comprehensive 7-week orientation, ongoing support, and a 100% remote environment. Competitive compensation and bilingual starting pay up to $19/hour are included.

Qualifications

• Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks with a professional and empathetic tone.
• A genuine passion for improving the lives of others.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations, remote medical or technical related role or a related field.
• Proficiency with various web-based platforms; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote.
