Job summary

Via in Park City, UT is seeking a Dispatch Lead to oversee a large frontline operations team focused on customer support and real-time dispatching. You will own team performance, coaching, staffing, and scheduling while delivering empathetic, efficient service across all channels.

This in-person leadership role requires strong people-management skills, sound judgment, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management experience leading frontline operations, customer support, dispatch, call-center, logistics or similar fast-paced teams.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold team members accountable while creating an engaged culture.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, make quick decisions, and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of frontline agents responsible for customer support and dispatch operations.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues, making thoughtful real-time decisions with limited guidance.
• Own team performance metrics across customer experience, operational outcomes, quality, productivity, and service levels.
