Job summary

Treantly is looking for a friendly and solutions-oriented Customer Service Representative to work remotely as the first point of contact for customers. You will support inquiries, build strong relationships, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience while working from home.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and text; troubleshooting issues; documenting all interactions in internal systems; and sharing insights to improve processes and service quality.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of customer service or client-facing experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities in a remote work environment.
• Calm, empathetic, and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner from a home setup.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide clear information about products, services, and account concerns.
• Document customer interactions in internal systems and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and share insights to improve processes and service quality.
• Meet or exceed KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
