Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail, call center, or remote preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and common software.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).
• A quiet workspace, free from distractions.
• Availability for scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends.
