United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Customer Service - Support Agent to manage the full commercial lifecycle for a portfolio of customers, including renewals and contract updates, while resolving concerns quickly and effectively.

The role requires 1–2 years in a customer-facing position, strong English communication, experience with live calls, and the ability to work U.S. night shifts in a fully remote 40-hour week. CRM experience and B2B SaaS familiarity are a plus.
