Wing Assistant is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in the United States. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer concerns, and build lasting relationships with accounts while maintaining high service standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience in B2C or B2B, excellent English, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM, MS Office, and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service in B2C or B2B
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal (B2 level)
• Strong phone, email, and IM skills
• Solid organizational and time management abilities
• Tech-savvy with CRM, cloud services, VoIP, and MS Office
• Familiar with Google Calendar or other scheduling tools
• Proactive, detail-oriented, reliable
• Able to work a graveyard shift
