Job summary

Somewhere is seeking a customer service representative to chat with customers remotely for a growing US-based business. You will help ensure customer satisfaction and solve problems proactively while working from home.

Responsibilities include communicating via phone, email and chat, answering questions about product, pricing and availability, collaborating with internal teams, and performing data entry across platforms during US business hours.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and comfort with customer interactions.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
• 1–5 years of customer service experience.
• Strong phone etiquette and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Must have backup power readiness (generator/battery).
• A second monitor and fast computer are preferred.
