Job summary

Remote Jobs is seeking Customer Support Specialists for a fully remote role based in New York State. The position requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Training lasts ~4 weeks with schedule Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.

PAY during training is $18–$20/hr, increasing to $21–$23/hr after successful completion. Full-time with weekend options and a remote stipend after 90 days, plus medical/dental/vision coverage and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of call center customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Comfort with using multiple systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, high-quality customer support via phone (and potentially chat/email/SMS).
• Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
• Navigate multiple systems to document interactions in real time.
• Follow client protocols and maintain data privacy and compliance.
