B & H Distributors is seeking a highly capable Administrator of Client care to coordinate post-retail activities for customers across USA operations. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and accurate spare parts fulfillment.

You will manage a team, align with internal departments, and engage with international customers to deliver exceptional service. Remote-friendly role with travel up to 20% requested.

Qualifications

• Four year degree or six years of related experience in sales, marketing or customer relations.
• Five years of client care experience; two in manufacturing/aviation with MRP knowledge.
• Ability to work with multi-country policies and diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Client care activities while meeting departmental budgets.
• Foster idea generation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee department activities and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage and develop colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships with internal/external customers and partners.
• Act as liaison between clients and B & H Distributors Seats USA and Services.
• Monitor order processing and lead times for spare parts.
• Track KPIs and contribute to departmental goals.
• Attend client meetings as required.
• Perform additional assigned duties.
