Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Support Engineering or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Proven expertise in REST API troubleshooting and integration support.
• Strong ability to read and analyze application code and logs to identify error patterns.
• Proficiency in using SQL for data querying and advanced technical troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience managing partner onboarding and technical communications.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex REST API issues to ensure seamless data exchange between systems.
• Analyze application code and system logs to identify, troubleshoot, and document technical bottlenecks.
• Execute advanced SQL queries to extract data insights and facilitate technical problem-solving.
• Oversee the technical onboarding process for new partners, ensuring successful integration with our services.
• Provide clear and concise technical guidance to stakeholders, translating technical concepts into actionable steps.
• Maintain high system reliability by proactively identifying recurring error patterns and implementing long-term fixes.
