• 1+ year of experience in sales support roles.
• 1+ year of experience in commercial operational teams.
• 1+ year of experience working with sales cycle steps or full sales cycles.
• Experience leading and coaching a team.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Client Solutions Support team through people management and mentorship.
• Manage strategic operational initiatives and drive their execution.
• Define KPIs and manage performance to drive team results.
• Analyze feedback and lead process improvement efforts.
• Handle escalations and ensure quality assurance across team output.
