Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to serve as a primary technical contact for partners and customers. You will diagnose high-level integration issues and act as an escalation point to ensure seamless experiences.

In this remote role, you will lead complex API troubleshooting, analyze connectivity and performance, onboard new partners, and collaborate with engineering to improve system reliability. Strong English and data query skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Support Engineering or a related customer-facing technical role.
• Proven expertise in REST API troubleshooting and reading application code to identify issues.
• Proficiency in using SQL for data querying and analysis during integration support.
• Hands-on experience with partner onboarding and providing technical support for complex integrations.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and technical teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical customer support operations, specifically focusing on complex API-related issues and application code analysis.
• Lead the technical onboarding process for new partners, providing guidance to ensure efficient integration with our ecosystems.
• Analyze system data and integration points to identify root causes of connectivity or performance hurdles.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to align success metrics and improve long-term system reliability.
• Document complex technical resolutions and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing across the support organization.
