Job summary

SaunaNews is seeking a motivated customer service specialist to join our remote team in the United States. You'll handle calls, emails and chats for Harvia North America from a home office, delivering friendly, timely support to customers about sauna products and services.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in customer service or a support role, excellent communication, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues while documenting interactions in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service, call center, or support roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with active listening.
• Comfortable across phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software; CRM/ticketing is a plus.
• Two-way bilingual communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat professionally and promptly.
• Call follow-ups, update accounts, confirm appointments, and service inquiries.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, propose solutions or next steps, escalate when needed.
• Document interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM or support system.
• Process requests, account updates, orders, returns, and other transactions.
