Job summary

Fever is seeking a customer service specialist to join our distributed team in Brazil. You will handle inquiries via email, phone and social channels, leveraging Zendesk to resolve issues promptly.

Fluency in German plus English, Spanish or Portuguese is required, with strong organization and communication skills. This role supports a dynamic, international team and offers remote work from Brazil, with a 11:00 to 20:00 schedule and a 5-day workweek.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions is valuable.
• Experience using Zendesk is preferred.
• High German level (oral & written) and fluent in English, Spanish or Portuguese.
• Strong planning, organizing, prioritizing and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good time-management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via email, phone or social media to resolve incidents.
• Manage incoming calls, chats and service inquiries.
• Deliver accurate information using the appropriate tools and methods.
• Handle complaints and provide timely solutions with follow-up until resolution.
• Follow established procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Operations when incident resolutions vary.
