Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Customer Agent to join a remote team based in Bogotá, Colombia. You will be part of a dynamic, high-EQ team delivering empathetic, clear customer support across channels.

You will troubleshoot, write concise instructions, and help customers understand our services, while collaborating with Product and Development to improve the user experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, with 3+ years in support.

Qualifications

3+ years of customer support experience.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience with email, phone and live chat support, preferably in software.
Zendesk, LiveAgent or Jira experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide clear, prompt customer support via email, live chat, and phone.
Understand how customers use the company services and provide feedback to Product and Development teams.
Act as an advocate for customers and report areas for improvement.
Build a network of support with the customer support team.
Seek solutions to customer needs and communicate trends to leadership.
