NeoWork is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to support order management, customer communication, carrier coordination, and supply chain operations. This is a full-time role requiring strong written English and the ability to manage multiple systems while delivering accurate updates.

You will handle high-volume emails, track orders across portals, and collaborate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment in the Chicago

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, order management, or coordination.
• Excellent written English and professional email communication.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Able to handle high-volume email communication.
• Proficient data entry and order accuracy.
• Comfortable with multiple web-based portals and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide order status updates and delivery ETAs to customers and carrier contacts.
• Validate that orders are transmitted correctly to transportation and warehouse partners.
• Enter manual, sample, and other orders accurately into the appropriate systems.
• Monitor purchase orders, delivery dates, carrier assignments, and order details.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, warehouse partners, and internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Manage a high volume of emails and provide clear, professional, and timely responses.
• Navigate multiple web portals and systems simultaneously to track and update orders.
• Maintain accurate order and shipment information across relevant platforms.
