NeoWork is seeking an Outbound Logistics Coordinator to join the Customer Supply Chain team. The role manages handoff from approved orders to carrier pickups, ensuring timely communication and accurate data entry across NetSuite and port portals.

The ideal candidate thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment, handles high-volume email traffic, maintains meticulous records, and collaborates across systems to meet a 2-hour SLA for carrier updates and on-time shipments.

Mansioni

• Coordinate the handoff from approved customer orders to executed carrier pickups.
• Confirm pickups with carriers via email and ensure timely follow-up.
• Complete routing requirements within customer portals.
• Populate and maintain shipment information in NetSuite templates.
• Prepare and distribute daily pickup summary reports.
• Manage missed pickups through resolution and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of purchase orders, ship dates, freight classes, and shipment details.
• Meet a 2-hour SLA for carrier communications.
• Navigate multiple customer portals, NetSuite, and dock scheduling systems while adhering to customer-specific requirements.
