Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months' experience in a Contact Center, Customer Success or related environment.
• Experience managing complex escalations and stakeholder inquiries.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and support the development of others.
• Experience with CRM platforms, support tools, and customer experience metrics; Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Customer Success Specialists and BPO partners across multi-channel support.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex customer or stakeholder concerns.
• Provide expert guidance on TTC products, policies, and recovery strategies.
• Support retention, loyalty, and future sales opportunities while balancing outcomes.
• Maintain operational accuracy, quality standards, brand integrity, and customer experience.
