Job summary

MarketStar seeks a Customer Success Program Manager to lead a dedicated CS team for a SaaS client in Salt Lake City, with a remote work option in the US. You will drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and deliver strategic business reviews to executive stakeholders.

You will oversee program finances, budgets, and incentive plans, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and client outcomes. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or account management in SaaS or subscription models.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and day-to-day engagement as main contact for stakeholders.
• Define program objectives focused on sales and operational solutions for internal/external stakeholders.
• Oversee program finances, expenses, commissions, invoicing with Finance, and budget attainment vs. gross margin goals.
• Develop and deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews for client stakeholders including C-Suite.
• Lead sales team performance: quotas, forecasting, and data trend analysis.
• Coach and develop team members toward program objectives.
• Deliver on timelines and performance management of the program.
• Manage staffing and hiring to optimize the program.
• Collaborate with Director, VP, BI, Talent Solutions, Talent Acquisition, and MarketStar Foundation.
• Identify strategic initiatives to grow the program with client contacts.
