Levels.fyi is hiring for a blended customer support and customer success role focused on turning compensation data into clear insights. You will start with consumer support and data operations, then transition toward enterprise success, joining calls to clarify client needs and delivering concise reports.

You will use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to refine outputs, working across data quality, invoices, and trend analysis while owning the process.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and comfort communicating with US-based customers.
• Experience using AI tools in practical workflows is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with numeric reasoning.
• Ability to own tasks and progress with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Handle consumer-side questions via the website chatbot and verify information.
• Support data operations: clean records, check data quality, validate data, pull reports.
• Respond to enterprise requests and join customer calls as you move into customer success.
• Handle account requests like payment status and invoice reconciliation.
• Analyze compensation data to identify trends and create clear reports and insights.
• Work independently, verify data and AI outputs before presenting results.
