Predictive Sales AI is seeking a Customer Success Consultant to guide a diverse portfolio of PSAI clients through onboarding and ongoing growth, blending relationship-management with our training to deliver measurable value across their teams.

You will collaborate with onboarding, support, product, and sales teams to optimize client experience, promote adoption, and drive long-term partnerships while focusing on retention and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional customer success, account management, or client services with SaaS experience.
• Experience managing B2B/B2C clients in a consultative or account-management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Own the Client Lifecycle from kickoff through renewal with success plans to drive retention and growth.
• Onboarding & Implementation: guide clients through implementation and ensure a smooth launch.
• Build and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders to drive adoption and expansion.
• Product Adoption & Training: conduct onboarding and training to maximize platform usage.
• Performance analysis & health monitoring: track KPIs and act on insights to improve outcomes.
