Job summary

DataCebo Inc. is seeking a passionate Customer Success Specialist to ensure the success and satisfaction of our SDV customers. You will build strong relationships, understand client needs, and help users unlock the full potential of our Synthetic Data Vault platform.

This is an early-stage startup role offering remote or on-site flexibility, competitive compensation with equity options, and room for rapid growth as DataCebo expands in AI and data generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and capable of rapid growth in a startup.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and success with the SDV.
• Lead customer onboarding and training sessions to ensure customers leverage full capabilities of the SDV.
• Advocate for customer needs and provide feedback to product development for enhancements.
• Monitor usage and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve the product and experience.
• Create and maintain customer success documentation and best practices.
