Job summary

Vontier Corporation is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth across a defined book of business. You will oversee onboarding through renewal, ensuring measurable value and ROI for customers.

You will partner with Sales, Support, Services, Finance, and Product to reduce churn and uncover expansion opportunities. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and customer advocacy within a remote U.S. team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in B2B Customer Account Management / Customer Success-Sales or Project Management.
• Experience in a SaaS background.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce and Churn Zero.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an assigned book of business across lifecycle.
• Build trusted relationships through proactive engagement.
• Drive product adoption and measurable ROI.
• Manage renewals and retention activities; mitigate churn.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Services, Finance, and Product.
