Job summary

Lumivero is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to manage a portfolio of customer accounts from onboarding through renewal. You will act as the daily contact, drive adoption, and ensure continued value by presenting webinars and providing post-implementation training.

The role collaborates closely with Sales, Support, and Implementation to maintain a seamless customer experience, flag risks early, and contribute to ongoing account health metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Business Administration, or similar field; or an equivalent combination of education and 4 years of relevant experience
• 2–4 years in customer success, account management, customer support, or comparable SaaS roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with a CRM, Salesforce preferred

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of customer accounts through onboarding, adoption, and renewal
• Be the first point of contact for assigned accounts
• Monitor account health and engagement
• Collaborate on renewals with the Account Manager
• Flag at risk accounts early to prevent churn
• Keep account records in CRM and success tools up to date
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, and Implementation to align next steps
