Job summary

Lumifi is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage ongoing customer relationships from Scottsdale, AZ onsite. You will drive renewals, expansions, and ensure customers achieve their cybersecurity goals while collaborating with Sales and Product teams.

Applicants should have 5+ years in Customer Success or Technical Account Management, solid CRM experience, and strong communication skills to advocate for customers and drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success/Technical Account Management; cybersecurity experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience carrying revenue quotas and working with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain long-term account health and relationships.
• Own renewals and identify obstacles to renewals.
• Coordinate with Sales and Product to exceed customer expectations.
• Advise internal teams with customer feedback for feature development.
• Identify upsell opportunities and expansion potential.
• Provide customer analytics and executive reporting.
• Conduct regular customer touchpoint meetings with sponsors.
