Job summary

Lumifi Cyber in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Customer Success Manager to nurture ongoing customer relationships and drive renewals and expansions. You will collaborate with Sales and Product to ensure customer expectations are exceeded and help clients achieve technical goals.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and a customer-centric approach, with responsibilities across onboarding, success planning, and proactive account management to protect ARR.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success/Technical Account Management, cybersecurity experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent experience.
• Revenue quota-carrying experience required.
• Experience in technology and/or cybersecurity organizations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Maintain long-term account health and relationships.
• Responsible for renewals and identifying obstacles to renewals.
• Address technical support requests and escalations promptly.
• Provide customer feedback to Lumifi development for new features.
• Identify and close upgrade and expansion opportunities.
• Engage customers through the lifecycle and analyze satisfaction metrics.
• Identify at-risk customers and develop re-engagement strategies.
• Identify upsell opportunities to expand product adoption.
• Meet and exceed ARR targets for renewals and expansions.
• Deliver customer analytics and executive reporting.
• Conduct regular customer touchpoints with admins and sponsors.
• Stay current on Lumifi services and cybersecurity trends.
• Negotiate and close contracts with customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
