Job summary

Procare HR is seeking a remote Customer Success Specialist as part of the Client Engagement Team. You will own assigned tasks and drive first-time resolution, ensuring customers feel supported and valued.

Requirements: HS diploma; 1–2 years in client support or customer success; 2–4 years in customer relationships; experience with HRIS (UKG Ready) and CRM (Salesforce); MS Office (Outlook, Excel, OneNote). Hourly wage is $25–$28 with great benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years prior experience in client support or customer success.
• 2–4 years prior experience managing customer relationships and handling inquiries with escalation focus.
• Experience with HRIS systems (UKG Ready) and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, OneNote).
