Procare HR in the United States is hiring a Customer Success Specialist for a remote role. You will own escalation management, ensure first-time resolution, and support care providers with HR services across payroll, benefits, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in client support, 2-4 years in customer relationship management, and experience with HRIS (UKG Ready) and Salesforce. We offer comprehensive benefits and a path for growth.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in client support or customer success.
• 2–4 years managing customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HRIS (UKG Ready) and CRM (Salesforce) systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel and OneNote.

Responsabilidades

• Own first-time resolution of delegated tasks; take ownership for assigned tasks.
• Engage customers to ensure they feel supported, engaged and satisfied with Procare HR services.
