Job summary

ProCare HR is seeking a Client Success Manager to serve as the primary contact for care-provider clients, overseeing data and services, and optimizing UKG Ready HRIS to streamline HR operations. You will guide onboarding through optimization, ensuring client satisfaction and retention in a fully remote role with occasional travel.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR and a minimum of 3 years in client/account management plus HRIS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of client/account management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of HR-related experience (payroll, benefits, HRIS).
• Experience with senior living providers preferred (2+ years).
• UKG Ready configuration and optimization experience preferred.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Experience in PEO/HR Shared Services preferred.

Responsibilities

Your Impact

As a Client Success Manager at ProcareHR, you'll be the primary point of contact for your clients, managing accounts, overseeing data and services, and ensuring they have the support they need. You'll assist clients in maximizing their HRIS systems, especially UKG Ready, while helping them streamline HR operations.

What You'll Contribute

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
